Ingredients
- 2/3 C olive oil or sunflower oil
- 2 T thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 t fresh lemon juice
- 2 t tamari
- 1 t honey
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 t curry powder
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced or pressed

Directions
Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 15 minutes before pouring over your salad.
This is sooooo delicious on a bed of fresh spinach leaves.
